Phase 1 beta - one more weekend
Phase 2 first week of April
We're on track for a Fall launch! :3

Eh? The original roadmap put Phase 2 start around 1st week of April. But the beta started about a week late. If they're still hitting "early April" for Phase 2 start, they are on track, if not slightly ahead of their "longest case" estimates.

Of course it's more important that they get the game ready, rather than sticking to the roadmap, but at this point Phase 4 could end late June / early July. (And Phase 4 is "Open Beta", maybe even "Early Access".)

Ohh new letter from the producer live in 2-3 weeks! This one was nice, but in truth not much new info has been revealed, so I guess the big chunk will come there.

Is 3-4 weeks really going to be enough? I know Yoshi-P said he'd make the beta last as long as needed, but I just hope the game doesn't get delayed too much.

it depends on if they do the testing in slots of time or if they let the servers up most of that time.

Since it is base on 1.0, it will let a specific amount of players join in after talking to a NPC at the camp before it starts. Hopefully it will let more people join in than 1.0 did. Still remember the mid level battles with other players trying to join the behest in Horizon.

I will give phase 2 a last week of April with 3 weeks while SE makes changes.

Yoshi did say Final Fantasy x|v: A Realm Reborn is to be released in Summer. But it's always subjected to change.

Very impressed if there are indeed 100,000 legitimate individual people testing this game, that's really impressive. How many legacy characters were there, anyway!? I understand a few people who are now in that weren't Legacy, though, but it's still a great number of people showing an interest in the game. Hopefully enough of them pay up when it comes to showtime.

Looking forward to the LIVE Letter and Phase Three. Phase Two isn't a massive deal for me, but I know it is for others out there.
