Firstly, white man has cleared so much land and created unprecedented volumes of grazing space that kangaroos no longer suffer from food shortages and have been breeding like rabbits - there are culls from time to time. They are hardly endangered.
Secondly, if you object to eating a national icon, you must really detest the French, because they eat chicken.
Thirdly, it is delicious.

Not that at all, believe it or not, I've never heard of anyone eating kangaroo before. I like kangaroos, couldn't ever eat one.Firstly, white man has cleared so much land and created unprecedented volumes of grazing space that kangaroos no longer suffer from food shortages and have been breeding like rabbits - there are culls from time to time. I have found there are a lot of people that do not know this ^_^ Don't worry about it.
I have tried Crocodile too~ it was ok.
Pretty much the same since that is the only ingredient you are changing. Kangaroo is leaner and darker. It is also a bit drier, but it has a lot of Iron in it~!
Nopes, I had to google it. TBH the eyes are off this little cat that dresses up as food... I have a key chain of it. And the rest is just... me? lol
I think a lot of people use this style of eyes now...

Its actually very healthy, very lean. Its a bit like game-y beef. Didn't like emu though. It was very very strong tasting and tough even after 3 hours of stewing. The crocodile I had tasted like fish, but apparently the flavour of crocodile varies with the kind of meat it itself eats. Snake tasted like chicken.

I have eaten snake before too and it tasted like chicken I wonder why....
