Will it be possible to claim/reclaim account tied items via moogle mail delivery? For example, items connected to codes that were previously only available on characters made after entering the code like Onion Helm or promotional items like Hermes Shoes.
Will it be possible to tie Goobbue to our account so that characters created in 2.0 can still unlock it on their level 30+ classes if that account previously unlocked it on an older character? Many people will be rolling new characters with 2.0 launch and don't want to lose their friendly mountains![]()
Questing is supposed to be a (if not THE) major levelling mechanic of 2.0 but will quests facilitate the levelling of all 19 classes (8 combat classes including the new Arcanist, 8 crafting classes and 3 gathering classes) to 50? Or only the 8 combat classes? Or only one or two classes?
can you give us a list of all things made for party play in ARR? like will we have missions that are full party?, main story, quests, grinding at all still?
Will crafters and gatherers be able to make any real impact on the world around them? For example, a miner could clear a collapsed tunnel in a dungeon and a crafter could fix a door. Those in a party with the gatherer and crafter who had previously unlocked a passage could now have access to additional content there from treasure to boss fights. I can think of dozens of other things gatherers and crafters could do (aside from stocking their own retainer/stall) and would love to see such avenues explored by the non combat classes.
Are there any plans for further focused storytelling (such as the Dalamud related content of 1.xx) or will the game go in somewhat all directions now that the time limit of the previous story is no longer an issue?
With the introduction of Bind on Use to all our non U/U gear, will there be more valuable methods of disposal of said gear aside from turning it into materia (which is great, don't get me wrong, but isn't always an option) or NPC'ing the gear for a handful of gil or throwing the items away? Ideas proposed by the community include desynthesising and trading more gear in for some sort of reward like fame or points or lesser items of some sort (that are still less of a waste than the other luck based or immediate options).
Why make linkshells casual and free companies hardcore/endgame...in XI linkshells served both uses, cant you make free companies part of the storyline for grand companies...kind of like secret missions?
Choices...what are the possibilites of having more choices in ARR, especially when it comes to leveling (party basd/grind parties vs quest grinds) and the UI (menu based vs action bar/icons)?
