It has been said that Grand company gear will be restricted to the GC which you are currently enlisted. Will there be exceptions, or rewards which require (for example) achieving a minimum rank in all 3 Grand companies?

The ring contest suggested a special ring that had 3 segments representing each of the 3 GCs. It would be a nice incentive to branch out a player's involvement between cities!
