The Red Mage is one of the most classic and iconic jobs of the Final Fantasy saga. Is there any chance to see it implemented in A Realm Reborn in the near future?

Will there be a fishable pond in either private and/or free company housing?
There has been mention of levelling up retainers. How will this be done and what will be the costs and benefits of doing it?
Will there be crafting and gathering quests that somehow improve the local services and facilities of an area? Such as stocking a store or repairing an Aetherite?
Will there be more of an emphasis of content on the way to cap rather than the current "race to cap" mentality? I'm concerned that the vast majority of content will be condensed to the last 5 levels as opposed to over all 50 levels.
Can you tell us a rough estimate of how much housing will cost, both private and for free companies? You said a level 50 would have to put a lot of their money towards it but most of the people playing previously probably have at least 1 capped class and their playing style (and thus their resources) vary wildly from player to player. An actual rough gil estimate would be great!
Will the issue of "gear used in lower levels often being skipped over until cap necessitates upgrades" be addressed? Such as an exponential increase in enemy strength requiring players to keep their gear up to date? Otherwise, most lower level gear will never be used because it won't be worth it, levelling past that level range too quickly and unable to sell the gear on to put the funds towards what is needed for the next upgrade.
