    Could we get information on the Need, Greed, and Pass system being implemented for ARR. Will it be available for testing during any of the Betas?

    Edit: I am specifically interested in the limitations of Need rolling. As Matsume has pointed out this seems to be tied with the token system also. Could we have a nice big detailed explanation.....Pretty Please?
