I didn't create this out of despair. My philosophy is to "Prepare for the worst but hope for the best". As such I do hope things go the way they plan but on the other hand I have prepared for the worst case scenario which is the beta not coming this month and we hear all of a sudden that they are behind on the production schedule again.

Overreacting and putting it on the forums for the more ignorant posters which haven't seen todays community rep posts to freak out at =/= preparing for the worst, hoping for the best. You may want to alter that motto a little.

Whatever, lol. He JUST LEFT Japan and you expect a flood of info before he even does any interviews? And this is a sign that we aren't getting beta on schedule, and indeed the entire schedule is up in the air.

Oh stop that. He flew OUT on the 10th..which btw...is 10th in JST, which is actually the 9th here...but semantics etc.

As well as the fact people seem to forget he's like, 1-2 days ahead of American time? Most likely he said the 10th and meant the 11th. Time zone conversion is a pain in the ass at the best of times. Yoshida's human too.

I am a avid SE and FF fan. I am not the type of person that wants any SE and/or FF game to fail. But I also know how cruel gaming critics and gaming news outlets are. And if there isn't anything new told and/or shown to them that they can't find on the websites or already saw in the alpha, it isn't going to go well for the game.

Say all you want about the OP, but if I had a product that I was looking to sell, and I had a million and one customers like the OP dying for information about it, waiting on pins and needles for it ... I'd be elated, and owner of a financially lucrative product, lol.
