very good point but i have to say it was hella fun playing war and rng on my taru in ffxi but wth did they give more charm start to humes when clearly the taru was the true BST! o and yes i haven't started many threads so thats for the help that being said it still like a slight advantage disadvantage with the differnt races in ARR

I hated this in XI, here I like being able to pick my race based on aesthetics - not what class I want to main.

All it did was promote unnecessary racism toward virtual characters. "Oh, you're a [insert race]? You're a terrible [insert class]. Go play as [insert class] instead."

By people saying race bonuses existed in 1.0, don't you mean how stat allocation was different early on but eventually became the same as you reached higher levels?

Anyway, I vote no. Especially for those that min-max stats, having a small nerf, no matter how miniscule, will pretty much annoy them.
