The game need two top tanks, not only one.
Why so?
It gives people who like tanking varied methods of playing the same role. If we're going down that path, the two alternate styles of the same role (tanking) need to be equal in capacity so nobody feels guilty about playing a 'gimp' or suboptimal character.
Take into account we're coming from the premise that Warrior and Paladin are both tanks. If they are, why would one have to be inferior in some capacity to the other, rather than simply different?
War was better for a lot of weak enemies, pld was better for bosses

because it makes Paladin obsolete. Warrior has far higher dps output then a Paladin does. If both classes are on equal ground for defense and tanking, Warrior will always be the top choice. Paladin MUST be better then Warrior in terms of tank ability, but worse in terms of damage dealing.Why so?

If they want to make Warrior and paladin equal in tanking, then they need to mega boost paladin aoe agro ability and drop warriors damage output while tanking. Warrior while tanking should only do a little more damage than paladin, even with weaponskills, because a big axe is still going to hurt more than a sword, but have a little less defense because of its superior HP. Not merely by numbers.
