I wouldnt say no to the feature just because of that, just imagining some drama lol

I don't know if it was the original intent, but it would be pretty easy to make this a sort of blackbox style budgeted system. Like proceeds from the Free Shops are automatically deposited in a FC account, which is only useable for FC upgrades such as guild housing, Airships, etc.

That reduces the overall power of the idea quite a bit, I admit, but it also eliminates the possibility of abuse. You could add a "Wishlist" function where money above a certain threshold could be used to purchase items on the wishlist. That allows some degree of abuse, but also makes it transparent. Any illigitimate purchases would be recorded on the Wishlist, and members could easily restrict the potential for abuse on a FC by FC basis.

I think that could help a lot - there would still be things like a guild master or sub officer upgrades their private quarters with gold plated walls before giving anyone a dank wooden room. But then its just time to find a new FC lol
