No Lala's are not children, the Lala's you pick in char creation are all adults... so is Prishe... if i remember her story she was 15 during the war, 15 years before we the players pick up the story... so Prishe's 30, but she doesn't age, and as such is labeled such as a daemon..

The Lalafell are a race that resembles Tarutarus of Final Fantasy XI but are completely native to the universe of Final Fantasy XIV.

The Tarutaru were a race of skilled magic users who called Windurst their home. Although the Tarutaru physically resembled children, their size did not reflect their age. Masters of the magical arts, the Tarutaru had honed their abilities through dutiful study of the world around them.

Their dedication and hard work fueled the rapid reconstruction of Windurst after its destruction in the Crystal War. The Tarutaru enjoyed a friendly relationship with the Mithra, who called Windurst their home as well.

Non-explicit but suggestive images could also be easily interpreted as depicting child abuse on the same grounds.

Child pornography carries some of the harshest penalties under the Australian criminal code. So let's not go there.

Yup I'd imagine it'd be similar in other countries, where the general public will not discern one from the other, since they are not intimate with the details.

This exactly. It hardly matters if they're adults... They still look exactly like children, so being physically attracted to them is still pretty pedo.
