Will they be any incentives for FFXI players to try out ARR?

I have a RL friend with 4 dynamis relics on XI, I don't think I will convince him. He's too strung up on the almost decade of work now he has on XI. i for one never really did like the whole bit where your week was entirely planned out around events and the game started to feel more like a 2nd job then it did a game. I look forward to the game hopefully being more casual friendly.

Dynamis is soloable now and you can do it once a day however each dynamis lasts 2 hours. It's a 2-3 month grind to get a relic of doing dynamis ever day to get a relic. I got a relic back when it was hard but I was like yea I could get another one on FFXI then I thought to myself whats the point it is very boring and not that fun doing dynamis everyday.

I want to play a game where the content is fun to do not a boring grind.
