He looks kind of lifeless without them... why don't you just print out your scanned image and experiment on that to see how he looks best with...

But he is lifeless... plus a good chunk of human statues normally don't have irises, save for eqyptian ones.

When comparing his build to this, which is one of the pictures used for reference, I think his body proportions looks pretty similar tbh.

Actually, measuring someone by how may standard heads their height is is a common form of measurement. I've seen amd heard it plenty of times. Well, in America. As for how Norwegians do it, I can't speak for that. lol
