iirc Odin is supposed to be enemy to Bahamut and he is human-ish, so it would make sense for him to rescue us

Maybe it was just a bad case of remixing noises? Bahamut does a lion roar when blowing up Dalamud too...

At 05.29 of the video I also heard some sort of “whistling”, so Odin might indeed have appeared at that time and sealed again Bahamut, this time in the Great Labyrinth of Bahamut (or it could just have been the whistling of the wind/shock wave).

About the true incident at Bozja Citadel, I believe at that time Dalamud almost opened up and spat forth some of the meteors OR Megaflare, thus destroying the city. Hopefully we'll have a concrete answer in the New Eorzea. Like for the Ascians: the devs said they'll return in the new storyline.

you also could think its a roar of a horse.. but as you can see its bahamut roar.
its exactly the same what you hear in the end (5:31).

They've mentioned that the End of an Era trailer is just first half of what happens and that there will be more, something will happen that will prevent total destruction of Eorzea (hence the great looking world in 5 years) and we saw glimpses of Odin in one of the trailer so it's safe to assume he will appear.

i didnt say that odin wont appear, i just said in the end of the last render trailer we hear bahamut's roar and not that of the horse from odin.

of course Odin is going to appear. we saw already parts of the intro of Final Fantasy XIV:
