I felt compelled to include them because they add a bit of spice in all the generic, politically correct, kid safe, etc. stuff. I never would have expected that when i grabbed the game. They were always good laughs :P Particularly my warm blodded partner NPC.

Saddly they said they're removing the path companions from ARR and they'll examine re-adding them in later, after launch, if there's a demand for it.
