How much time do people put into their posts? That seems like alot of effort just to make a thread on a forum.

You know, there was a time when people actually had these things called discussions on forums. They used things like well-thought-out arguments and civil demeanors and logic, stuff like that.
Nowadays, it's just one intelligent post with a bunch of people mocking him for doing so.
Popular for casual players. Hardcore players don't really play browser MMOs.
Number of accounts total is not nearly as important as active accounts. Most f2p browser MMOs have a bajillion account holders and a small fraction of those that actually play for more than 5 minutes.

then i learned i'd been doing it wrong the whole time, Demeaning & mentally incomprehensible is where its at. it derails threads and leaves you scratching you head all in one post.

Nice story.
Look, I answered someones question, and they got their answer. Your assumptions, and guesses is not necessary.
Did not sleep yet, my apologize for being blunt.

I'm not making assumptions or guesses here. I'm not saying all browser MMOs are bad, but the very fact that you play them in a browser is what makes them casual friendly- you can play them pretty much anywhere, any time, for as little or long as you want. This isn't a hate on browsergames. Believe it or not, you're not the only person here that's allowed to offer input on people's questions and concerns.
P2P MMOs have some casual players, and F2P MMOs have some hardcore players. I'm not making an over-generalization here. It's a simple fact that browser games, MMO or otherwise, *tend to favor* casual play styles. There is nothing wrong with that.
