So..are you guys playing other MMOs besides XI till 2.0 launches?

Been playing XI a bit and GW2 a bit in terms of MMO's.

In terms of other games... DOTA2, Borderlands 2, FFVIII (hard mode patched installed) and Kingdoms of Amalur.

I was tempted to get back into Skyrim... but meh.

And random cool games that release on Steam. Been recording an LP of Thomas was Alone for a while. I should really get back onto the recording of that actually.

Most of my time is suckered up trying to finish up my xmas orders... I swear if I keep going like this my crochet hook is just gonna fuse to my hands permanently!

I've been playing Guild Wars 2 but it really doesn't hold my attention the same way XIV did for whatever reason. Otherwise catching up on single player games I neglected lol.

I'm the same way with GW2. I don't even understand why. It's polished and filled with variety and stuff but it just doesn't grab me like FF XI and XIV have. No idea why.

In the mean time I picked up Elder Scrolls: Oblivion since Skyrim was my first ES and loved it so much, decided to check out the rest of the series. Also checking out SWTOR since it's F2P but their cash shop is seriously disappointing. I wanted to level up their various class quests and skip the grindy filler quests but all they offer is a 25% exp boost item. Lame.

I have GW2...It's not really holding my attention even with the new content they are launching today.

I am mostly playing BF3, Assassin's Creed 3, Need for Speed Most Wanted.

Tried a few other MMO's that are F2P but nothing seems to be holding my attention like FFXIV.... Interesting that a "failed" MMO was more enjoyable than most complete MMO's. ._.;

OH and I picked up a 120Hz monitor. Mannnnnnnnnnnn I am in love.

I think I just like Square enix games sometimes.

I especially like how you can do everything on one character, that's what made FFXI and FFXIV more special for me.

Are there any other MMO's like that?

I've been playing Planetside 2 beta....it comes out in a couple days and I love shooters so its something I might play alongside XIV and still maintain that MMO feel of progression.
