So, who cried watching the trailer?

No tears, but can't help but feel that Louisoix is a proper bloody hero. Never really felt any attachment with his character but when watching that video, I felt as though he was an uncle or granddad that just took so many bullets for me it was insane. Very sad to see him go by the end of the video.

I shed tears, watching Yda and co. praying desperately and their prayers forming this big awesome seal, then Bahamut/Shinryu/who ever the hell just completely blasting through it and killing us all. And finally, Louisoix using the last of his power or something just to make sure that we were safe.

You know that Epic battle portrayed in the trailer? Yeah, it actually didn't happen.

I was surprised to see such a connection. This trailer made me tear up, especially, not just using the characters I had come to love (and the fact that the bard looked just like my character :P) but the fact that they used a song that was made for the game but since the changeover from beta had been taken out of the game. The song had been in the opening at least for Gridania and is on the special edition CD.

What did it for me was the expressions of the GC leaders after they realized it was hopeless, and Louisox's final smile. ;_;
