Just want to say that this Bahamut is over 9000% more powerful than any other FF version to date!

Seriously.. the thing is well over 200 feet tall, and has the power to shake the sealing power of 12 gods, AND nearly destroy an entire continent.

Is it plausible that we will ever be able to fight it in ARR? (of course, we don't know what happens after the time-warp, so he may have been weakened)

Yep, the spelling and pronunciation could have been warped with differences in language and time.

I am wondering if Nael van Darnus always knew the true nature of it, though, considering he was the one that called it down. We'll have to reexamine all he says to find clues and hints. I'm sure they're there, somewhere. You'd think he wouldn't want to kill himself, but lots of villains in FF's are perfectly fine with sacrifice in the name of what they think is 'good'.

Now the question of Louisoix... Did he know? He seems like he knew. He has that knowing glare. Or perhaps he's so quick on his feet that he's prepared for anything that is thrown at him.

I think it was meteor itself that broke the 12 seal, not that Bahamut was stronger than the 12.

And you're not really *teleported* to the future, you return to the dream of the crystal? outside time and space. then the crystal dreams up a new world, and thats where you wake up later.

The whole timer, and event was really shitty. Couldnt log in, and nothing happened anyways. could have just watched this Epic vid on youtube or lodestone at any time, and wouldn't have missed anything in-game.

yes but maybe he used up all the energy he took from the other primals and he is weakened after we are warped and the twelve are able to seal him up again. or We get to fight him WOO!

Also, I think we can assume that after he saw the seal broke, he ported everyone into the past/future. Well..that's the optimistic outlook anyway. I'll assume that Thancred and the rest made it.

Thank you for the photo helps me with what I was going to post. I think they were just mortal shells of the gods (like part of the gods power went into manifesting them/in them) and that on death they are released to full power. Why I say this... is as he smiles and is about to die...

Look at the tattoo.... it goes from black to bright white as he smiles before the end.
