who know what that sounds like? the days when people were racist. Where everything was split between the "white side" and the "black side"
Sorry i'm against such a thing.

All i'm saying is you don't make a dungeon any more or less hard by how long it takes to complete. Just because a dungeon run can be 30 min long don't make it easy. The actually encounter requiring skill makes it difficault.
And gear wise as long as I can acess content if it takes me a bit to get rewarded idm. I just want to beable to do the content when I can do it.

No one here is asking for easy mode. everyone buys and pays for the same game, why should a person by limured in what they can do because of how much time they can play a game.

remember we play a game to enjoy. We should beable to so anything we want regaurdless of how much we can play per day/week.
I hope this doesnt come across as elitist or anything because that is not my intent, but sadly the mmorpg genre is based around timesinks. The people who play 10 hours a day 7 days a week are always going to have access to more things than you or me, theres just no way around this. You cant make a game and have everything incredibly quick to obtain as a large reason why people play mmorpgs is for that progression over time.

I dont see anything stopping the casual players from doing content in any mmorpg, so I guess i just dont understand why people are arguing. Is it going to take a casual player a LONG time to acquire these? yes, of course. Thats the whole point of mmorpgs, we play them because we dont want a game we can max out on in a month.

To go back to your example of a dungeon, why cant we have dungeons that take 30 mins to complete as well as some that take a few hours to complete? Theres nothing stopping those casual players from attempting one of these on their days off or on one of those rare days they want to play a few hours straight.

Time spent is always going to win in this genre, if anyone doesnt like it then they should probably look into some single player games or shooter games. Developers have to create content that those super hardcore players can set goals for, and everyone else as well.

This is nothing even close to racism, there is no casual or hardcore content. There is simply content in the game and the amount of time it takes for you to do it is totally up to you. I dont see a big deal if you dont do everything in the entire game though, shouldnt that be a good thing for an mmorpg? It means your never done with the game, theres always something waiting for you to do next. As long as your having fun and have content to look forward to you should be happy.
