    It's not a faction leve, Shposhae is an open world dungeon. And you still have almost a whole day to check it out if you like. Easily explorable with a lvl 50.

    I have a 11 hour shift at work today and then if I get off on time.... I will make it just in time before the start of the final 2 hours/

    It's not a faction leve, just one of the bosses of the open world low-level dungeon outside Limsa. I forget how to spawn it, but you can just walk in and kill it.

    No.

    It's a dungeon that has been in the game since 1.19 (or 1.18 I forget). It is near Limsa.

    There are 3 NMs in it and you can get loot such as a special eyepatch from the coeurl. The coeurl is in the final room.
