How does one go about auditioning for voice acting for ARR?

Oh.. nearly forgot, Can you please make transportation thru Airships much much more interesting than just having a loading screen. Probably a trip over the Eorzea, the fact having only a loading screen gives an advantage of reaching fast to the destination but the beauty of using Airship can be focused on watching the fields and landmarks from the sky.
