A new chocobo mount, discounted prices (slightly) and name in the credits if desired. That's all it entails. If you've been playing long enough to be considered legacy, just be happy they're giving you a little bonus. If you haven't, then you aren't really missing out on anything; get over it.

So you want to be a Legacy Member for completing ONE Class to level 50 including the Jobstory? Sorry, but no. That is something you can finish in 2 weeks max tops. I dont see a point for SE giving Legacy Status for something you could finish within a couple Weeks easy.

Add all Classes to that, the whole Storylines and i could maybe understand where you are coming from, but ONE Class? Sorry, that is just plain stupid.

You just had to stick with this Game for 3 Month to get Legacy... <_< If you couldnt stay for 3 Month out of 2 Years with this Game, i dont see a point in rewarding you for that.

What are your feelings; those of you who weren't acknowledged even though you've been with FFXIV all along, there's no way I'm the only one who feels this way (unimportant and left out).

Unfortunately for you, the masses here are right. You have not remotely shown that you are deserving. This isn't high school where no one is allowed to lose anymore. This is one of those rare cases where legacy was rewarded to those who stayed loyal.

And really, you had more than 6 months to get on board once payments started.

I kinda feel bad cuz i achieved legacy on the last moment ^^; and maybe i don't deserve it started on May and paid 3 months ahead i wish i started playing it much earlier but i spend a couple months buying the parts of rig to handle the game ^^; i'm not rich . I guess i was lucky

I am SO pissed, SE totally F'd me cause I went out and got their Collectors Edition. As you may know with the CE they give you a month free and because of this SE said I didn't pay for 3 months because I payed more for the game to get one month free. On top of that they cut off payment for October so whatever chance I had they robbed me of that too. That's the last time I ever give SE more money than they deserve.

Don't feel bad for you. Also, if you want Legacy to be based on achievements in game, you haven't even gone close to reach the definition of the word.

You are basically saying you deserve to be a legacy for completing a training course in the new job you just stared.

1.7 mil exp to get a lvl 50 at 100k a hour exp is 17 hours gameplay, and another 2 hours to finish the missions, solo.
you should have all jobs 50 within the time it takes to be LEGACY. if that was the case, then feel cheated
