pointless topic is pointless
poinntless post in pointless topic is even more pointless

This thread delivers, thanks I needed this. <3

First off, when we talk about an FF title, I'm gonna use XI players, if you didn't play XI I don't actually care, not my problem. In XI there were people who loved that game but were turned off by how many hours it took, I think base people who play an FF title are more hardcore than casual. Just look at this, go to any site for f2p mmos, their idea of a casual game is built upon cutesy anime, and socialization. FFXI had socialization and a lot of people loved that aspect, XIV has a social community (compared to other mmos), so in general most FF fans like the casual aspect of socialization in an mmo at times. People who want to play a FF mmo want a challenge, they just don't want to have to wait for people to gather together for 4 hours before getting to the challenge like in XI. I just think even the most casual players of XIV, especially those who played XI, are more hardcore than they think, and then the supposed "hardcores" think.

lol
nice to see something to give us a laugh.

Interesting.. what does anyone else think? Are FF players universally looking for a challenge? I enjoy a challenge but I don't think that's what brings me to the table. I am one of the people that doesn't want to sink a lot of time into the game just to accomplish something obscure.First off, when we talk about an FF title, I'm gonna use XI players, if you didn't play XI I don't actually care, not my problem.
