Would you care if SE ignored you?

Most people who have characters at endgame I see quitting if SE did this. We played this game with a massive lack of content for over 2yrs... SE gets no more time, new game or not... they must have a large endgame and everything else at launch and in constant updates.

This is a unique situation but SE has no choice, they must do both. If they do not have a big enough staff they need to hire more. Atm this game is considered crap, if the game releases with no/little content (endgame is what keeps ppl playing) the game will remain crap no matter what other changes SE does.

I think it is only fair us as gamers we give SE no time after launch to get the game right, they had 2 yrs.

SE has no choice they must have a lot of endgame, alot of mid game, and alot of early game.... or all of us on this forum better start looking for a new mmo. Updates must address all areas of the game not just early game.

Go ahead and quit. Or, treat it as a new game, and start a new toon, with your old one "financing" your journey.

I really am sick of the fanboi mentality of this community. Go ahead alienate all the new players, and watch as the game is cancelled due to poor subscription numbers.

Us alienate the new players? Theyre getting there own servers. Ones that we cant join unless we make new characters. Sure they can join ours but if they know which ones theyll most likely pick the newer server so they arent screwed by the older players.

And its really only because us fanboys of the FF series, 14 is still on. If we didnt hardcore love FF i wouldnt have gave this piece of crap mmo another chance.

Alienation by game design. New player will not join or stick around if the game is designed for us. It'll keep us satisfied for a week sure, but the players SE wants to pull in will long quit because it will be a focus for old players more so than new players.

Its not as easy as it looks given they only have a 2 year time frame to get this game out. We don't know what they have added till we actually play it :P.

This is still going on? did i said that they made enough content to get you to 50. Even made solo dungeon and made other stuff to level up if dungeon/quest was not your cup of tea? @Starlord they have over 300+ people working on 2.0 with a new engine/tool Yoshi-p said they could add loads of quest within short time. Updates going to be quicker and with less bugs due to the new engine/tool and servers.

Sure i'll wait to release to see what going to be in the game but i'm sure they be enough for new players to do. Us players would just have get busy level up the new class and doing quest to crystal tower is release.

Key word is "could" and those 300+ people are in various of positions not all in one place. As my grandfather always told me.. " Too many chefs in the kitchen" Sometimes too many is not always a good thing. In situations like these you need all the help you can get, I just hope they are well in sync to the other 300+ workers around them. If they aren't in sync and understanding the other various parts of the game and what they are doing, parts of the game can be flawed.

That's why I say too many people can be a bad thing, It's only bad if most of them aren't in sync. If most of them are in sync with each other then having 300+ people would have a really awesome advantage, in which case this game will turn out Great! ( most likely).

They keep ignoring anything about a black mage revamp. No matter what the content is, if the class isn't enjoyable why do the content?

I won't be excited to do anything if I am still solely casting Thunder lines spells on most bosses, or AOE fire on trash mobs. Black Mage should be this "What do I want to cast? I'll pick this, ok do I want to focus on one target or all of them?'
