    If the beta is short, I expect a March 2013 release date. If the alpha & beta are long, then a June release date.

    I agree with this. I think sometime between March and June of 2013 (for the official release) is a pretty reasonable time frame. I could see it going even later if there are a lot of problems/setbacks in development, but I wouldn't expect it to happen much earlier.
