the point is, if the content could be hard enough so that casual players will take a very long time to get, it will not affect the rarity of the item at all, elites will still be elites, there is no need to make tedious unaccessible content like camping 3hrs.
For the 18th time this isnt instance vs 24hr NM...................................................
I want the game to succeed so whatever it takes to make people happy. Personally I would like to see HNMs make a come back to some extent but I don't want that to be the main end game for this game. I would love to see something story driven and fall under the end game area. Also I would like to see something new from the FF teams for end game content because I don't really want FFXI 2.0.
You are confusing accessibility for challenge. No one is asking for the equipment to be handed to them, they're only asking for the opportunity to be more accessible, and for the difficulty / drop rate to be adjusted accordingly.People are crazy...
Its not just about gear being very rare, if every single person in the game has the exact same gear, access to every single aspect of the game at any second, why play.
Start a new thread asking SE to just restart every char in the game with everything, just every piece of gear ever, a weapon that when you attack something, it just says "YOU WIN".
I understand. But by example KA is a real weak mob with a super good item. There was barely any dificulty, so the hard part was to "claim it ".
I dont want to have "claim" fights, i rather have strategy + party play = big rewards. The faster claimer should not get the lot, it should go to the better player. thats all all im saying.imo ability to claim at the speed of light =/= makes you good, and this was the case of FFXI HNMs.
Please dont call a "Casual-endgame-LS" that did abyssea endgame, abyssea is casual no matter how long your doing it.
Nothing in abyssea is/was ever hard, you just didnt hang around with good people (sorry, friends or not, bad is still bad).
Theres maby 3 mobs total in abyssea you literally cant duo mnk/war + whm. Not to mention the 200k primal brews.
Personally i had like 5 jobs 5/5 af3 and 4 jobs 4 jobs 3/5 soon to be 5/5 with masamune/kanagi completed and 3/4 done with club empy and it took just a few months, my ls in total when i quit completed something around 14 empy weapons to lvl 80 in a month. 1 month after i quit, i checked back, half of them are now lvl90 weapons.
I was killing it usually duo or 2 boxing a NIN and PLD lol. That is the reason it took me 2 years because only 1 person wanted to help me lol.I understand. But by example KA is a real weak mob with a super good item. There was barely any dificulty, so the hard part was to "claim it ".
