Well, we can try to keep our hopes up but I for one would like to finally see some screenshots and video with high PC settings.
I have a simple suggestion...
All those who are angry/sad/fearful/whatever about the graphics/direction/whatever the Developers are doing with the game, please direct all your frustration/hatred/concern/whatever to the DEVELOPERS. No sense in continuing arguments with the community over this stuff.

if this forum is not read by the developers then why does it even exist? do you mean to imply that this forum is just a lip service? in which case the developers are unlikely to accept any input from the players no matter the avenueI have a simple suggestion...

No... I wasn't implying anything such.
My point was arguing with community seems pointless to me, but after some thought I realize these threads are two fold.
1. Meant for people to "discuss" topics. (It turns out that unfortunately arguments are inevitable because there are so many different points of views, and SOME people will do what they can to "prove" they are correct.)
2. Meant for the developers to obtain information/feedback the best way they can. (Many times they have to "feel" or "weed" out what is being said.)
So yea... carry on community, and GOOD LUCK DEVELOPERS!

I am not going to even play off like I know JP and we all know how "accurate" google translate can be but the original can be found here
http://www.4gamer.net/games/092/G009287/20120919088/,
which I am sure is in other topics but it states:
"The latest trailer at the Tokyo Game Show 2012 which is being held today through 23 (22, 23 public days) features video and in game work for the PC verson of this work (FFXIV) on exhibit at the Mega Theatre"
