Error (30002) 1347011403,0,5 Been 3 days since last log in.

For this error code, I don't know if it's being announced that Balmung's Garuda instance is bugged or not. I'm watching other parties go inside, I am on a different character on the same server of course.

I need an update on what's going on here, or an answer, does the server think the whole party that I went with is there still? I am offline on my other character's friendlist plus I wouldn't be able to connect to my other character if it was online.I mean we basically R0 right when we got into position for killing Garuda. We were able to still chat, but it was like time stood still.

Why not reset it so can give us the connectivity system message of something about being pulled of the instance because of connection issues, doing that might allow us to gain control of the characters and get the hell out of there. Pretty sure this is like the market wards issues of not connecting into the game until the wards came back online, but Garuda isn't doing the same thing for other people, they're coming back fine. I don't know if the server needs reset?

I called, I asked yesterday, they are gathering information I just hope it hits the devs sooner it's about to mark day 4, this is a complete different 30002 error issue and it's best to prevent another party sharing the same fate as we did.

Yeah, I've been calming down people over this, I'm just trying to clarify on what's going on, I'm on an alt watching people go in and throwing in GM calls, to at least talk to someone else.

UPDATE: Looks like I lost my alt while standing by the aether to the error code, people in that area need to stand away from that Aetheryte

Another case? Wow, i went looking into the JP technical board and found similar cases from around a week or two ago, they actually had a rep answer them but like the GMs and the call line they just gave them the run around with no real resolution.

Fox, are you saying that you lost your alt? Like you can't get on your alt any more, just by staying near the aether, not going in?

Well it did d/c and I got back in, and I did a GM call, basically told more information about the issue. I thought I was gonna lose my alt from a Coerthas Central Highlands crash.. Another party was near me and they basically got d/c'd. Everyone's fine, but I think that area is very unstable..

Maelstrom Command crashed for me once yesterday. Ifrit (Extreme) did not crash at all, though I did r0 one time.
