I like the idea of level-syncing, high-level players can help their low-level friends w/o interrupting their exp-gain. I just feel there's nothing to gain as a high-lvl tho because of the level cap. We cant obtain attributes either or customize our abilities.
    Well, baby-steps...

Well in XI you still got main class XP, so spirit bond at least? The thing was I know for awhile heal yourself in valkrum dunes XP while replacing a stream of 10-15 made getting to 75 a day or two usually.

Great news for old and new players, means the mentor system that's coming into play with 2.0 has even more meaning to it.

I was wondering for a long while how we older players would help those starting over or coming into the game anew, thankfully this puts those concerns at ease and hopefully steps over some of those that would rather milk them for everything they can muster while leveling up (which will happen a lot anyway) to increase them our pockets.

You still get XP if you're higher level and not at level cap (such a thing exists!) and most likely spiritbond. I need more excuses to SB so helping people level up at the same time would be fine.
