Although I don't like her concept too much. Looks too much like garuda. I prefer seeing her more human.

Well, it's not necessarily a primal. Like the Fenrir/Cait Sith/Typhoon concept art from E3, they'll be in A Realm Reborn somehow, but how, we don't know yet.

The Primals confirmed are Ifrit, Garuda, Tital, Levithan, Shiva, Ramuh, Moogle and Odin, with maybe one or two others for 'light and dark' elements

Siren might be somehow related to the echo... or the one who awakens you in the opening cutscenes (hence the harp music in themesong).
