Actually, I believe it's called "Ifrit Bleeds, We Can Kill It" because of the Governator and his law requiring at least one Predater reference in all entertainment released in California.If you read what Louisiox says Ifrit (can't remember Garuda) doesn't actually die, he just gets wounded then absorbs the aether to become even more powerful, it would also be why the ifrit hard mode quest is called "Ifrit Bleeds, We Can Kill it" also showing we just wound him in easy mode.
