Big screens in the city showing instanced Primal fights!

The weather tells you when a primal is available if you want to see other peoples fights there is a handy website known as Youtube.

I know it might not be possible guys but would be interesting if SE looked into the possibilty even if they looked at it for an hour and said "not possible". Then at least they tried and we know its not possible.

Again I know it would be very difficult/impossible. Just saying it "WOULD" be awesome!

Many a day has been spent browsing the forums. Now I remember why I changed to only using the dev tracker as opposed to reading everyone elses posts.

I can't remember who mentioned this on the forums before but the idea of having big screens showing people fighting HNMs or Primals I think is amazing!

It would also be a good indicator that the Primal is up if you just saw Garuda sitting in the Howling winds if no one was fighting her! So which ever Primals were up they would be shown on the screen/screens.

I dont know how hard this would be to be done. But if possible it would just be class! Sitting around watching people fight. Maybe putting a few bets on. Just saying

I think it's a really cool idea even if it's not feasible.
And really where lore is concerned... to have the empire (only) have this sort of technology it will make them seem more of a threat.

Notable FFs with such a technology are FFVIII and FFX.

I remember back when you didn't need a giant screen to watch someone fight a epic monster...you just went there and watched.

What might be interesting, though I don't know if this is even possible, would be to view the instanced arena battles by sharing screen with a player that's participating that you choose; and you can alternate between participating players during the match). You wont be able to do anything (obviously) but this could offer a better perspective, while cutting back lag from too many people entering the arena instance at once.

This would only be available for Arena battles.

Just an idea, though I don't see it happening. Just thought it might be cool. I'm sure there's flaws with this idea though...

Just one thing, how does open world primal fights have anything to do with television's or arena fights. ;p

As a side note, i agree the primal fights should be open world.

Just one problem ..
I don't think I've ever seen a television ingame before.

Would be cool if they made it fit in with the game world by having it projected on some sort of smoke screen by magic, or a mist water fountain.

Even if they didn't stream it in town, just put a slideshow, perhaps we could "heck" the TV and go into an instanced "movie theater" to watch.

It'd also be cool to have a "TV" in our personal rooms.
