Oh sorry, it's just anyone who knows about Matsuri or even played FFXI already know what it is.

I think yoshi-p said they want to keep china away from the rest of us due to the RMT issue not sure if they change there mind or not.

Even though RMT is actually US based which merely use chinese as the farmers...they should keep the US away from everyone else too. Given regulations on chinese game development, they will most likely have a separate server setup as well as version because for example you can't display undead or certain types of death in China.
