My French isn't the greatest but it looks like it says "New costumes for 2.0 'Hyur' and 'Miqo'te' " and "new clothes for the playable races."

Looks like it's race specific clothes?

Also..to people saying "there will be no new races" could you please show me where they confirmed they are not releasing any new races at launch? Not saying your a liar just wondering if I could read the dev post or interview!
