Also @ fusional I know what you mean farming that materia is a pain in the ass cuz getting tier IV is random also I have spirit bonded about 30 belts in a past few days and got 0 tier IV of that materia only II > III. I would say spirit bond dated belts during av/cc runs cuz that slot wont gimp you at all.
