If I read it right you will. The only thing your opting for the 90 day subscription does now is qaurentee your registration for the Legacy Campaign. Your 90 day plan will revert to the 30 day plan and pricing

The last FAQ appears to answer this. Have your friend opt for the 90 day plan now. Though it will change to a 30 day plan on 1 July, having set up for 90 days prior to that should qualify him/her for LegacyOk so a friend of mine just bought FFXIV a couple weeks ago and his 30 day trial period wont end until Beginning of July. Obviously it'll be passed the Deadline. I see a similiar FAQ but not exactly. Is he gonna be ok with a 90 day paid subscription?
I would hate for him to find out it's not gonna work. He was waiting for PS3 Version but he wants to get grandfathered in at a better price.
Any DEVS would be great to respond to this. or if anyone else has Sent an Email to SE and they replied.
THANKS!

Can you not add to your subscription without your time being up?

I mentioned this earlier in the thread and it appears that it was overlooked. Tried to ask the support center but got kicked out just as I became next for an agent. I am afraid that the 180 day option will also be dropped and as usual they overlooked it with their need to cut off registration for Legacy. Hope I am wrong.

Yoshi has said in E3 interviews that in September there will be a PC Alpha phase and in October a PC beta phase then from November on the PS3 beta/PC free trial.Alpha? There isn't going to be an alpha. The Beta is for PS3. Technically you could call the reinstated free period a "beta," but that's not what they're calling it.

I normally hate to ask for a community rep response, but can we PLEASE get a clarification on this issue?
So this applies to a friend of mine that just came back 2 days ago but we was under the impression that as long as you started paying before the end of this month everything would fine. He chose 30 days and planned on just paying for 3 months in a row. Is this still case or did he HAVE to of picked the 90 days? Is the legacy still available for him?I played before the start of billing and I am no longer in my 30-day Free Trial period. What do I need to do to qualify for the Legacy campaign?
You will need to register a 90-day subscription option to your account before June 30th, 2012 to be able to fulfill the requirements needed to qualify for the Legacy Campaign.
This is really the only scenario that isn't made crystal clear with their wording of it or I'm misunderstanding it.

I think the part you're quoting only refers to past players who AREN'T playing right now, AND haven't played at all since billing started. So this applies to a friend of mine that just came back 2 days ago but we was under the impression that as long as you started paying before the end of this month everything would fine. Your friend should fall under the I've paid for 30 cumulative days of subscription since the start of billing category because he's already had to pay one time.
if his 30 days doesnt expire until july, then he didnt start in maty, thus he didnt qualifyOk so a friend of mine just bought FFXIV a couple weeks ago and his 30 day trial period wont end until Beginning of July. Is it just me or does no one else have a 180 day subscription on their account?
