Petition to redesign Warrior AF

Well if millions likes it then your opinion is pretty much invalid.

One thing to keep in mind is that you shouldn't be all that surprised if they come out with different tiers of AF. Currently in FFXI there are three sets for each job. I really loved the look of AF1, AF2 for me was meh, and I pretty much disliked all AF3 minus BLU. Maybe they are getting the goofy designs out of the way so we can look forward to the awesome sets when they stop increasing the level caps.

Please redesign warrior AF. I don't like seeing my character wearing a bulky unseemly skirt. I'm sure i'm not the only one. The AF also looks hideous on female character. Just because there is no samurai yet doesn't mean the community will be satisfied with a samurai looking AF. I want to look like a warrior not weighed down by a bulky big costume. Thanks.

If only you were on Balmung and PK were possible. .-. I'd make your FFXIV experience a living hell.

That is a lie and you know it. The AF design is completely out of place, and unless they design the areas they've stated certain jobs to stem from (Monks in Ala Mihgo implies that Ala Mihgo is similar to Asia, which is not what we've been getting before 1.21) is going to mutilate the lore, look at THM as an example. They used necromancy, and now they spam thunder combos.

Also in terms of design, none of the AF really looks as though it's part of Eorzea. MNK, PLD, and DRG especially. AF2 really, really needs to seem like it's part of the world. Nothing in FFXI stood out anywhere near as much as AF does now.
