My side hurts now.
LOL Subligar pt ftw
MNK, BRD, DRG, if you're going for sexiness, but as i'm not the typical female gamer gearing to look sexy vs stats on the gear, I'll go for looking mismatched to get the best stats I can out of the job/class I'm on vs what I look like. If she wants her boobs to fall out of her clothing, there's always Tera. If she's a serious FF gamer, forget the starter gear each class wears you upgrade as you lvl u know. This is speaking as an Elvaan in 14.
Thank you for your post. I will say I was surprised when I put the swimwear on how well gifted my character is, but really, are you wanting stats to be good or look good and totally suck because looks are all you went for? Tell your wife if she wants to play dressup, ffxiv is not the place.Honestly, Final Fantasy MMOs so far have been well toned down compared to some of the more... liberally designed MMOs.
Sexy is a matter of opinion. If you're talking about exposed skin, probably Bard and Dragoon. But Elezen females pretty much have it made when it comes to making any outfit look attractive. They simply got the figure for it.
But if your wife is intending to show the majority of her avatar's stuff while out there fighting - She'll be pretty disappointing. For the most part, armor looks like actual armor in this game, with a bit of liberal design for the sake of fiction.
I like my pose, at least us female elvaans didn't get screwed over like our male counterparts.Exceptions do not disprove the rule, hun. No offense was intended.
But have you seen some of your crafting gear. There's a tie like normal, then a V neck open beneath it specifically to outline your *ahem* features.
I daresay some mage gear tends to favor that as well.
My best friend in game is an Elezen Female. And it seems as if I'm encouraged quite frequently to take note of her endowments.
Your /pose isn't helping that either.
I totally agree with your post.
As a Castanic on TERA, I see no problem with sexy outfits! But I will agree, FF universe is not the type of game that tends to that. Considering the level of complexity versus other MMOs, I'd rather play this game for skill and better gear, compared to TERA, where I know I can be good against BAMs no matter how sexy my female castanic is clothed.
Yes, I chose a female castanic. I wanted a female warrior. Castanic just ended up being the best choice. Sue me. >:C

Amen to that. Stats over skin. This is utter rubbish and very offensive to the female gaming community. The same bloody cliché as women playing naked and sucking on a controller calling themselves gamer girls.
One thing is your wife and some others like to be sexy, which is no problem, after all as you said, it's a fantasy game and you play what you want to be. But please don't say something like this.
Us real gamer girls like to optimize our gear and look pro, rather than have our curves remarked.
Awesome, a thread requesting slutty clothes on women. Lets also force the boob slidder to max on 2.0.
