I've seen people make it all the way to the bcnm solo on my server. Sometimes a few groups is nice enough to help that poor soul actually do the bcnm. How are you going to make "United We Stand" solo content? It's in an open world high level dungeon. You want to eliminate all high level content so you can do it by yourself? What the OP is asking for is ridiculous. To achieve it, the Imperial stronghold would have to be transformed into Toto-rak and where does this leave the VAST MAJORITY of high level players socially adept to play in parties?
I hate these forums. I hope SE shuts them down after 2.0 because all they've done is left a minority of casuals under the impression that they can come here and cry about anything, no matter how stupid, and have the game adjusted to center around how much they suck at it.
Nah - I disagree.
I like party-based content - especially for story-line content; which is why I play a Massively Multi-player Online RPG.
I mean, it is unfortunate that some players have a harder time than others finding friends/buddies that'll play a game with them but ... *shrugs* c'est la vie I suppose o.O
You must be new to the MMO world. There is solo content and there is group content. They go together to appeal everyone needs.Nah - I disagree.

Not only that but they're also not infested with an "online-only" DRM scam.
It's just plain out atrocious to play an MMO that has mostly solo aspects as you're essentially playing an online-only DRMfested single-player game. You may as well just tell the publishers you're just playing so you can pay to be punished.
Because it gives people have choice.
Right now:
- People restrict to specific classes and even specific gear.
- People are forced to get 8 people for content.
With the change:
- People still restrict to specific classes and even specific gear.
- People can do content with however many people they like.
1 Cancels out because it happens now and before.
1 Provides a system that is full of freedom.
Counterarugment by people for solo content:Nah - I disagree.

Just because it's a multiplayer game doesn't mean I can't play it solo if I choose to.
Ugh. Anyway as long as solo content is far away from party based content and doesn't give good rewards, it's a-ok to be added alongside. The issue that people purposefully ignore is, if you can get just as good if not better rewards solo, why would you play with people?
You can do it solo with ease and get the same reward...why bother finding others to play with if you can do everything yourself? This is a common complaint with Tera as well, the game feels too much like a single player game with limited multiplayer content (even the newer updates on KTera people still find lack luster and better suited if it was soloable.)
Storyline in MMOs are always so bland, boring and lifeless because you do it solo, this is why XI's stood out at the time, because you experienced something new with friends, then people found it a problem. Casual gamers aside, you don't play an MMO just so you can solo everything >__>
1 Provides no freedom unless you mean freedom to leave people out by choice rather than by design, you're absolutely correct.Because it gives people have choice.

Go read the entire thread, you're making yourself look stupid, because we've gone over this and you wouldnt make comments like that if you actually knew what people who are pro of this act were asking for.Counterarugment by people for solo content:

Yes. Yes clearly. Clearly I am new to the MMO world... And clearly being new or seasoned is indisputably relevant to what I said. There is no other conclusion that can be derived from this.
You son, are a winner at life!
