There's no evidence that adding cell shading would put less strain on the CPU and/or GPU. It would possibly lower the amount of video RAM used but that's about it.

From statistics showing the CellShading/Edge Tracing was rendered faster then the Full Render sooo you tell me?
I havin't done a Monitor test though If someone is being processed faster it means its requiring less resources or else it would bottle neck or choke up slowing down the system .
Your not understanding It's for for Low-End PC's . Yeah the game looks briliant on high an standard but when you start lowering the mipmap an texture filtering shutting off shadows the game doesn't look so good anymore. If we could enable full CellShading rather then just using a Full render it would be using Edge Tracing with Shadows .
