You may be spamming content, but it's guaranteed progression, which is the issue at hand. There is so much RNG, and not enough, "if I put in time, I'll get at least a little bit closer to my goal."
Not really as there are how many players after said item? You most likely wont make any progression because of the fact that every in a group wants said item.
I have a wonderful idea for Se and the Devs. Let put there paychecks on a random number generator w a low print out rate of 0.001% chance that thier paychecks will print out. Now when they ask about their paychecks they are told "Oh Im sorry for all the effort you put into your work it wasnt your luck week/day to get paid. You know what they would stop coming to work in short order!

If 2.0 only goes into Roll dyce, Luck......im out. I dont have time to play 7 days / week to get all those crap done(dont forget to lose your family, friends, school and work to play MMO). And i guess that the 9 seals are lost after getting 1 weapon and you have to re-do all this damn roll dyce luck all over again if you want a 2nd relic weapon.........comon!
I skimmed through that first post, but...
Really?
This is getting ridiculous. I would totally be down for boycotting this game if we could get enough people to sign on to make it effective. Think of all the frustration and wasted time we'd eliminate in the end.
Player feedback regarding drop rates and random numbers has been pouring all over the forums and we're ignored time and again.
I think I'm now more frustrated with the company than the game.
We want steady progress, not random/no progress!
if its like that to get relik weapons than no thanks

See? This guy is smart! He sees the requirements to get a weapon and makes a decision based around how dedicated he'd be to getting one. He decides it is too difficult for him, so he passes and focuses on other things.
This is how you respond to something that is too difficult for something that is not required to get.

it's not to hard to get it's just to random. with rng guy 1 can walk in get something piece of cake or a walk in the park.. "wow that was too easy". guy 2 could give everyminute of his online time trying to get items and get nowhere after weeks months possibly years due to the rng. "WTF????"See? This guy is smart! there is no real difficulty only luck.
in the end it should take everyone an roughly equal amount of time and effort to get stuff done. not be a ridiculous gamble where some people need to put in 50x more time work and effort than others for the same reward due to the rng.You want progress? Ok.
Every GC Seal you obtain toward the 25,000 = Progress.
Every Hamlet Item you receive = Progress IF the rng favors you
Getting the Soiled Promissory Note = Progress
Getting the HQ Materials = Progress IF the rng favors you
Killing the NM = Progress
Obtaining the Dungeon Items = Progress IF the rng favors you

the token and seal part isnt what bothers me, it was until I read you need to make the class weapon and double meld it, this IMO is worse than the token/seals.
