If you read the whole thing you may notice the Author is not aware of XIV, with many mistakes to places names and such. Likely just seeing it for the first time.

Sounds like the guy writing this up has never played a FF game before or at the very least never messed with XI or XIV.

YAYYYYYYY! Wonderful news, it's nice to get confirmation of eventual chocobo breeding, I want a little farm cottage with my chocobo stable! If not just being able to raise chocos again will be awesome anyway. ^_^
