...All right, I can't really argue with that. We Lalafells do taste pretty amazing. Hell, when you cut one of us open, all you'll notice inside is a mixture of dusty rainbows and unicorn farts. That just means we're MADE for consumption.

I agree with this post, it would be great to see the homeland of the Lalafell (and all the other races for that matter).

Personally, I've wanted to see the Dunesfolk Lalafell's homeland ever since I read in the lore about it:

Perhaps the most unique characteristic of the Dunesfolk is their native dwellings - structures affixed to the backs of large beasts of burden. It is in this way that they are able to traverse the vast desert expanses of the island which they call home.

If SE is able to show such a cool sounding society and do it justice in 2.0, I'd be overjoyed! I've always wondered what those "beasts of burden" looked like.

Why does everyone say they eat lalafel, for all we know lore-wise lalafel could be the one eating everyone else. We built Ul'dah! Where did we get the money for that!? Killing and eating all tall folk. Your numbers don't dwindle so fast because one of you could feed ten of us.

I still enjoy a nice game of Lalafell football. A good punt will send them flying.

If I remember right, they are not from another continent, but from some iselands. Maybe Gulliver Iseland?
But it is already some thousand of years ago, since they came to Eorzea. If you want to see a Lalafell city, look at Ul'dah. But don't ask me why they build big houses if they are so small.

Kazham was not the Mithra homeland, there was just a lot of them there.

I think their homeland was like "Olzhirya" or something, and players could not go there, and it was only mentioned a handful of times.
