They are questioning the gameplay and can FFXIV deliver on the promises it's been making for the last 2 years.

I would think people who have been playing this game would understand that more than anyone. As anyone who watched the KARA demo http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G0KTUysrwgQ will tell you, if something is truly awesome then it will make news on its own.
