The real problem is the fact that they failed to mention anything about any delays. We have become so accustomed to receiving timely information that when they slip up, as they did this time, people react negatively. A simple post via the Community Reps would have avoided much of this. Most people are understanding of the complexities of trying to work on 2 games simultaneously and will accept some delay as long as they know before hand.
When you learn what the words High Chance to be implemented in patch 1.22a means then you can complain. Last time i checked that means we still may not get them in 1.22a.
