New Tank - in Evercold

New ranged job could be another mislabeled job like Ranger-I mean Viper.
I'm guessing pirate themed, for really no reason other than 'Where the hell did Limsa get to where it is without someone wielding a Pirate job crystal'
I think the shirt is actually just a hint that Rhitatyn is the Tank mentor.
Somebody pointed out that 'Judge' has actually never been a job in Final Fantasy. Best guess on weaponry is gunshield + main arm

The only thing I disagree with is that Rhitahtyn will be the mentor... because he's... you know... dead. And not like Gaius "you never saw the body in the explosions" Baelsar dead. We see him die and we even encounter him again in the last leveling dungeon of Endwalker, which features all kinds of different, dead characters. Plus, unlike Gaius, Rhitahtyn wasn't ever apologetic in the things he did before he died. We can argue Gaius wasn't all that apologetic, but he was at least starting to see "hmm... maybe the Garlean Empire kind of sucks."

Everything else sounds very plausible. I could see them calling the new tank job Marshal (Guess Who's Back > Eminem > Marshall Mathers and all that logic), since while just "Judge" has never been a job in FF, "Judge Magister" has in FF Tactics Advance. Calling it Marshal would allow them to circumvent now having to introduce that whole military structure of Judges into the world that that term caries with it, especially since we already have a Gabranth in FF14 who isn't a Judge. Plus, in a funny thing, in Cutter's Cry, there is the "Myrmidon Marshal" who is the tankiest add who also protects the main boss, so they have used the term before for a tank-like thing. Not saying that particularly influences anything, just something I noticed when I got it in Leveling roulette yesterday, haha! Either way, I can definitely see it be the case that we'll get a Judge-like tank job

Yeah it sounds hilariously awesome.

I'd also absolutely love Gunshield+Sword, but notice the order. Basically Pally, but the other way around. You parry with the sword defensively, you attack with the gunshield.

It is incredible how no one seems to care about this new tank. I am not interested in it either.

Okay, lets speculate about the mount. We know DRK and GNB just got reskins of existing mounts, so Bastion will get a reskin as well I think.

My guess is a reskin of the Victor mount.
