The content scaling in this game is in a terrible state, you'll start skipping mechanics in fights in one single patch. They need to do something about it, and I really don't want to wait an entire expansion or something for it.

That's partially also why the constant potency buffs are a bad idea - They make many encounters more trivial all across the board, from raiding, to FATE's, up until quest content.

give classes a proper rotation at low levels.
lower the ilvl sync.

It’s almost like if you lowered the sync you’d actually see more mechanics and if you saw more mechanics it would be more interesting
Isn’t that like squares whole motto; encounter not job
As a healer main in this game for nigh on 14 years all I can say is that I’m tired. My role has been eroded of complexity and expression for 3 expansions. I’ve watched the tanks do my role for me for 2 expansions and my feedback and critiques continue to fall on deaf ears.
I have no idea who modern healers are designed for but I know now it’s not me. This is the first expansion I’m truly considering dropping the healer role and not returning, so if that was the goal- congratulations I guess

I don't care how much memorization and DDR jumping a fight has, the job needs to be fun to play and not just spam three skills over and over for 10 minutes...

It'd also help if they'd stop giving bosses a "tutorial" phase. Just throw us into the deep end immediately like in ARR-ShB. Do we really need to have the boss teach us what their left/right/in/out attack looks like? or have a 20 second cast for an incredibly basic knockback (looking at you, Thaliak)?

#NoMeltingBosses on 24 ppl raids
Let us watch whole bosses' mechanics, make the game challenging again.

Honestly LotA was always the best raid. Yeah everyone's sick of it because it's just a mindless run forward now, but back in ye olden times it had more and better mechanics than any alliance raid since. It had so many mechanics that youtubers TO THIS VERY DAY are putting out retrospective videos that get them wrong.
