Want change? Show up to Fan Fest with signs saying FIX NA DDOS, for flair put holes in it. During interviews, yell FIX DDOS. During signature request, ask will you FIX DDOS like Japan? NA deserves the same mitigation that JP gets. Keep posting on these forums, hit them up on twitter with screenshots of disconnect errors. JP wouldn't put up with this, and NA shouldn't either.

I think unless they full out say what the issue is and layout a plan to fix it, publicly I would say that people should full-scale disrupt regardless. No threats, just keep asking/yelling the question. Otherwise what will happen is that it may calm down then come back and full force later.

This won't change anything, and the said person will be ejected from the fanfest and banned from all future events along with their closing your service account for harassment of SE employees at the panel.
