Bring back job quests

I wouldn't like to have to do a bunch of useless, boring, unvoiced quests and solo duties just to unlock a necessary skill

And that's fine, we don't HAVE to gate skills behind them. Role quests don't do that after all, just bring them back for people who want to do them for fun and gate dyeing AF armor behind them like role quests, easy.
